Coronavirus - "You may never be out of the woods"

A healthy 27 year old collapsed, one minute walking with friends, a minute later he is on the ground dead. Post mortem examination found he has been suffering from severe cardiovascular disease
I’m assuming you have his medical records to back that up or did you read it in the media.
There would have been ignored symptoms for that I’m afraid.
If you have severe cardiovascular disease ,trust me you would know about it.

COVID-19 May Hide in Brains and Cause Relapses
By Carolyn Crist, Jan. 25, 2021 -WebMD

Jan. 25, 2021 -- As somebody who suffered total loss of smell and taste, along with fatigue, brain fog and general exhaustion (yes not tested, but diagnosed by doctor!) this is a bit of a concern!

My eyes haven't been right since too. Been meaning to get an eye test but have been putting it off as I have not stepped foot in town in almost a year ...

It's a short article, so here it is in full:

The coronavirus may remain in people’s brains after infection and trigger relapses in patients who thought they had recovered, according to a new study published in the journal Viruses.

In the study, mice that were infected with the virus through their nasal passages developed severe illnesses due to brain infections, even after the virus left their lungs. In humans, this could explain why patients who appear to be over COVID-19 sometimes relapse and die.

“The brain is one of the regions where virus likes to hide,” Mukesh Kumar, the lead study author and a researcher at Georgia State University, said in a statement.

“That’s why we’re seeing severe disease and all these multiple symptoms like heart disease, stroke and all these long-haulers with loss of smell, loss of taste,” he said. “All of this has to do with the brain rather than with the lungs.”

The research team found that the virus was located in the brains of mice at a level that was 1,000 times higher than in any other part of the body. Viral loads in the lungs began to drop after three days but remained high in the brain on the fifth and sixth days after infection, which is when the disease became more severe.

“Once it infects the brain, it can affect anything because the brain is controlling your lungs, the heart, everything,” he said. “The brain is a very sensitive organ. It’s the central processor for everything.”

COVID-19 survivors whose infections reached their brain could also become susceptible to other serious medical conditions in the future, such as Parkinson’s disease, multiple sclerosis, cognitive decline and autoimmune diseases, he added.

“It’s scary,” he said. “A lot of people think they got COVID and they recovered and now they’re out of the woods. Now I feel like that’s never going to be true. You may never be out of the woods.”
It’s ok this brand new disease that’s only been round for a year or so will be beaten.
Do you follow the rules of this video hahahahaah

Covid thickens blood up. Good for strokes and problems with a number of organs including the heart. Newer treatments help. So take out the dead, take 10% of what is left of hospital entries shift the age range away from death and that's roughly how many finish up with long covid. Lung problems may never disappear. How old? Being in the 30's doesn't ensure it doesn't happen. 40's neither or 50's. Needing to be resurrected seems to relate to people who finish up on a ventilator, several times in some cases.

Minor organ damage? Well they deteriorate with age anyway so may reduce people life span, It will take years to find out anyway and some peoples might already not be 100% and there is no reason that they should be aware of that.

Don't worry though it's all project fear. One thing is for certain people who finish up in hospital do fear it. For a taste stick a polythene bag over your head and breath the same air for a while and find out what it's like trying to get more oxygen into your blood when you can't.

I don't know about the bunch of b0llox that the "usual clowns" post, most if not all who are on this thread and in my opinion should have been banned from this forum a long long time ago. Anyway I don't know about all that what I do know is that the bunch of clowns that are running this country should be sacked forthwith. Nothing to do with Brexit just the fact that they have caused the deaths of thousands of people uneccessarily. And I voted for them, bl00dy idiots they don't have a clue.

the fact that they have caused the deaths of thousands of people uneccessarily

Shocking that Boris Johnson said yesterday that they had 'did everything we could' to limit coronavirus deaths - and today talking about easing lockdown.

But we are not locked down. Countries that beat coronavirus with just a few thousand deaths didn't let people go out of the house, didn't open pubs in the summer, didn't encourage people to go to restaurants - they had proper lockdowns.

At least we have a vaccine now. If we didn't we'd be heading to a Spanish Flu death rate even faster. Although we might still match that - Spanish Flu filled around 228,000 in the UK over 2 years. One year in and we are over 100,000, and year 2 is always worse.

Let's hope everybody vulnerable gets a vaccine before kids go back to school

The thing that gets me concerning the last post I made is that some people are prepared to accept some finishing up as described also dead and may even not bother doing things which limit spread. which means even more will experience it. Also encouragement to have people behave in this way by a few even some politicians, those probably to keep some of their supporters happy. Providing the total vote comes out correctly it doesn't matter what they say. Politicians main aim is votes.

Gov though here and elsewhere in the west. Could they match some countries in the east - no as not prepared. The east was a lot more prepared as they have been here before even China. Countries differ so the effectiveness of control methods vary. Initial area controls showed that so they tried larger ones. Now the entire country but footfall is twice as high in various areas as the first lock down and twice as many are going to work as well. People are being clever and bending the rules and looking for holes. Many may be ok whatever so stuff the ones that aren't for one reason or another also shoving the entire county further down the pit.
