Hi,
Our boiler pressure is currently reading at 0. The heating is still working (not too sure how or why!), but I think we need to increase the pressure as some radiators are not bleeding (no air or water coming out).

I’m trying to work out where I need to put the filling tube but I’m not finding this easy. I think one end needs to go where the black tap is (circled) but I don’t know where the other end goes?

Any help would be very welcome ☺️

It might be the valve with the brass cap on it, but not sure that’s the best place imo. Are there any other valves similar to the one circled in close proximity?

Yes where the brass cap is, stupid place to put it, make sure you cover the zone valve and pump with towels before starting

Thank you! I did wonder whether it was the brass cap but didn’t want to play around as it doesn’t really look like it should be removed. What’s the zone valve?
