Thanks for this .. ch came on as timed this morning abd am waiting for it to come on at 5pm on timer. Did not want to move it to constant as l was just grateful the house was warm this morning. HW is turned off just using the divrrt from heating for pots etc as we have electric showers thank goodness. I will see what the engineers say on Tuesday but l think they are a little baffled! Last call out they were here for 2 hrs plus. Really nice guys who have done everything they can!

Timer has just kicked in and its gone to HW even though HW switched off. Tried switching off and rebooting on wall .. just going to HW. I have emptied cylinder washing pots and am going to try switching off and on when its cooled a little ..
Have you checked for a leak on your hot water pipes

Without taking off the cover to the control panel and getting busy with a multimeter it's impossible to say. With the best will in the world, I don't think you understand exactly some of the things you have been asked; it certainly isn't easy to follow all your answers. I don't know who Worcester Bosch have sent to your boiler, but they don't match up to what you would expect from a manufacturer support team.
