Spray Sealant. Recommendations

New summer house, water is seeping in (not a lot enough to wet the floor).
I thought it was from the window as it was not put on a bed just straight on the wood ledge.
I went round the glass with silicone a few months ago, this water is still seeping in.
So I am looking at using a spray sealant, there are a few out there anyone had similar issues what did you use.

Im not certain thats the problem, before I used silicone on it I was going to remove the glass, but cant remove the pins on the beading & its a large glass panel about 4ft x 2ft toughened.
I really looking for a 'bodge'.
