Accenta G4 mini alarm issue

Hi have an issue with an alarm, where it takes over a minute to sound once activated? I have spoken to honeywell who didn't know and they suggested a factory reset or replace the unit?
Not sure if this is easy or Can anyone recommend a good installer to the reading area who could do this? Cheers jason

Does this happen when any device is triggered?
Sound like long entry delay timer.

May have bell delay programmed. Although i would have thought that tech support would have suggested checking that first if u have already spoke to them

Knowing the exact sequence of events may help with a more definitive answer.

if an intruder zone is activated bells should sound instantly without a bell delay.
if the entry has started then different rules apply.

so how many zones do you have on the system
how do you want it to work
what devices and bell box are on the system.
how old is the system
