Hi all,
I moved in to a new home yesterday. We've been left the code for the alarm as well as 2 fobs - a Honeywell 2 series.

I want to be able to put on the night set.
I put in my code and press B and it comes up Fault Override 02 event(s) >

If I click enter it says Alert! Enter Code.

If I put in my code and click enter it takes me back to "status unset 02 Event(s) >

It seems the alarm hasn't set?

Can anyone help?

Thank you!

If I remember use the arrow to view the events then put ur code in again
Then try again
Does the alarm set when you leave the house ?
What codes do you have (think you need manager code after an alarm

We can't get it to set at all.... We really want the night time one at the moment although obviously in time the whole alarm would be good.

What are the events put in code then use arrows to view

You genius! We can't clear the events but looks like the night time code will work now!

Thank you!

Will need to find out how to clear the events (in order to set the night time alarm you need to view the events and accept them but it doesn't clear them).

What a relief! Thank you!

What are the events some events will not clear unless you fix them like low battery etc
If the night code is working then you will have cleared the events
When you put in code and press B is it setting

On the alarm it says Status unset 02 events >
I put my code in and click B it says Fault Override 02 Events. I click A it says Tamper Ent to Continue. I click Ent and it says SMS Comms fail Ent to Continue. I click Ent and it starts the 30s countdown.

If I then come out of this and try again from the start .... Code, B it then says Fault Override again and shows the 2 events.

Hope this helps?

Does it say what zone tamper for example front door tamper or zone 2 pir tamper ??
And for comms fail you will need engineer code to turn off comms

It says Tamper 0

Not sure what the 0 refers to.
Will contact Estate Agent on Monday and ask for the engineer code or info on it.

0 could be the keypad
Don’t think agents will have engineers code .
So if you can clear the tamper and the system will set both day and night (if you can over ride the faults)
Other than that if you read up on this site you can factory default the system but you will have to reprogram the system !think default codes are user 12345 and engineer code 112233

Nice, thank you for that.
I'll give the defaults a go!
It's not the end of the world if we have to override it each time as long as the alarm is still working.

What a help!

Caution when defaulting control panels.
This could lead to a full reprogramming of system. If reprogramming is beyond your diy skills then could result a system which may require other assistance.
