I have an ecotec plus 637 boiler.

I have a question - when the boiler starts ( heating mode 'burner on' when I look at the status) why does the temperature drop first before going up? Is that normal?

Yes, as it’s moving water from the boiler and cool water is coming in ,

thank you - sometimes when the water temperature drops my radiators start banging - is that normal?

How often is your water pressure dropping ?

not sure how to check that - I do know pressure is around 1bar when cold (30C) to about 1.8 bar at 75C
