Connecting soil pipe

Hi

I’m hoping someone can help me out as I’m a bit stuck

I bought a wall hung toilet frame from grohe. I have an offset soil pipe. Although admittedly didn’t realise how offset it was until I stripped the room out. It’s a downstairs cloakroom so the soil pipe goes straight down and under the house.

The hole in floor is 110mm. The pipe that came with the frame is 90mm

the pipes are offset. What’s the solution?

honestly looked at so much stuff that my head is spinning.

Sorry. Should have also pointed out this came with a 90-110 connector. But the 110 end is obviously the same size as the pipe in the floor with no way to join the two??
Plus the offset issue

Your pipe that came with the frame, should have fins on for the floor. Are you able to move the frame?

The 90mm bend coming off the frame came with a 110 adaptor. There is no fins on this. It’s just 110 pipe

I can move the frame a bit. But it’s about 100mm offset. I can’t move it too much as it’s the worlds smallest room so no width to move it.

the last toilet had a 90 degree rigid connector going into the floor. This was clearly just sort of forced in and left. I’m guessing it wasn’t really sealed as the room often had drain smells.

Why the builder offset it so badly I have no idea

How old is the house? Some old S trap pans had an offset outlet, so drain would have been positioned to suit the pan. You haven't a lot of room to play with by the look of things, what is the floor made of?

20 years old. The old toilet was straight out the back. It was the pan connector they had rammed in at an awkward angle to make the toilet centred. Which I assume is where the smells came from due to a poor seal. It never leaked but probably wouldn’t as the soil pipe goes straight down for about 700mm or so

floor is a floating floor (think that’s what it’s called?).

Is it possible to use a drain fitting in the floor then use a stack branch above that and cut the pipe on the frame so it comes out sideways into the branch?

thanks. I liked the look of those as it is about 100mm out. But I didn’t think my 110mm pipe would go in the end if it’s a pan connector?

Much as we hate these things, sometimes there is no other option. Would this work? Short 90° Back to Wall Flexible WC Connector | McAlpine Plumbing Products

It should do, as it looks like a pan connector anyway

That’s what I keep coming back to. I’m just nervous as I can’t really fasten it to the frame so needs to be extended a bit. Then when I push the pan back I can’t really see what’s going on and how it ends up laying.

I found this today so I’ve ordered one and I’ll see what it’s like tomorrow

That links to a 45 degree offset, if you’ve ordered two, then should be ok.
