Electric gate panel

Is anyone familiar with this gate control panel? The call button isn’t working. It used to dial out to my mobile. I’ve replaced the sim incase it deactivated but that hasn’t helped. The rest of the buttons/features work.

Thanks for the reply. I have seen this and checked the signal strength, I got a text back so confirming the sim is working. Signal is 9 so low but unsure if this will stop the call button dialling out?

Have you tried shorting the button at the rear ...there will be 4 connections 2 for power 2 for button call ...

I haven’t but that’s a good idea, I’ll try linking it out and see if it calls
