Need advice how to glue back metal strip on tiles

Hi there experts

the metal strip in the picture that runs between the wood floor and the tiles to cover the bottom of the bath has lost most of it’s grip on the tiles.

I’ve also taken a photo of the material originally applied at the back of it for reference.

which adhesive material would you advise to apply to glue it back on please ?

CT1 or sticks like s*** both work well. I suspect simple bathroom silicone will do though. Tape in place till it sets.
 
Thanks @footprints, while I was waiting for a reply I used old school super glue and surprisingly so far it works :)

I just assumed that since I'm glueing on tiles I should use more "tile friendly" material. If it comes out again then I'll use one of the two you recommended instead.
