Any ideas on this? My Parents want away with the grass as they want a low maintenance alternative.

Excuse the mess at the mo!

It measures roughly 7m wide by 5m at the back towards the shed.

Personally I would make some raised beds and do a resin path around the beds. Fill the raised beds with low maintenance plants.

That way they can still enjoy the garden and with them getting older and I'm assuming from the ramp are disabled they can get around easily and still enjoy a spot of gardening and they won't feel like a burden having to ask for garden maintenance on a regular basis.
