In a word no. They would all need to be plugged in (or terminated ) in a water proof enclosure. You can not just 'daisy chain' them.
It that was what I wanted to do, I would have a junction and split one set left and right of it along with a cable to another junction/socket to a third location for the third set. Since the power supply is separate from the plug, I would chop off the plug and just use waterproof housings for the connections.

Each pack of these lights comes with 1 plug, 1 transformer and 10 lights. You can have a maximum number of 12 lights per plug/transformer, so you can add 2 extra lights per kit. Anymore than this and you risk overloading and damaging your transformer.

The lights are 12V DC.
As 10 lights need 2.6W then
for 30 lights you need a 'LED 12V power supply providing 2.6W X 3 = 10W or more (the extra is to stop it overheating and maximize its life).

Every driver you have will serve 10 lights.
You would provide a 240v supply to feed each driver.

You can use a LED 12V dc power supply providing 10Watt or more power. And then all 30 connected together on after another. (Far ones might be dimmer)
Issue is that you have to be capable to put it in a waterproof box and wire it to a 240V plug.

It's quite normal to fit a large weatherproof junction box or boxes under the decking, if you fit a hatch.
“They” do. Buy 30 decking lights and an appropriate driver for the 30. That’s what the professionals do. But don’t expect to get component parts for £60. Have a look at Collingwood’s ground lights.
