An Rcbo is a combined Mcb with Rcd protection, which is what you will have when you assemble it, did you look at the link above

How many do you need?

Please show some photos of your distribution board/consumer unit "fuse board" and the devices currently inside it, and the space where you want to put the extra or replacement ones.

Who will fit and test it/them?

Memshield 2 RCBOs could be bought either preassebled or as seperate field-fit pods to add to a MCB. The item you have linked on ebay looks correct to me, the MCB part having the same spec as what you have in there already.

Whether it's a good idea to buy safety devices from the likes of ebay is another matter. The more paraniod would probablly avoid it but on the other hand people seem to have few qualms about buying used houses or cars.

P.S. a little note on testing, the memshield 2 RCBO pods (whether pre-assembled or field fitted) use the outgoing live wire for sensing, so they can't be tested by probing on the outgoing live terminal.

In the past when I needed to buy 2nd hand obsolete MCBs I took them to work & X-ray'd them to make sure they weren't fakes. Not an option to many but gave me some confidence in my purchase!
