What’s best? To use standard plasterboard with fibreglass above or use plasterboard with the foam insulation built into it? It’s not a last area maybe 3M X 3M

What’s above it? A loft or is it a vaulted/flat roof?
I’d avoid the insulated plasterboard, biggest faff due to the weight.
