I am trying to get a new blind for my Windows Its 69" Wide by 37.4016" Drop. I just want a bog standard Venetian Blind but they seem to be very expensive. All the prices i have seen so far are about £100 the room is small box room which i have just redecorated so i did not want to spend a lot. The room has two windows wich are sqaure with wood between them.

Would it be cheaper getting two blinds insted of just one big one? Would a roller blind be better or cheaper?

Thanks

You get what you pay for, cheap blinds are flimsy China crap. Two blinds will cost more.

I suggest you don't bother. As a side line, I supply and fit blinds. No offence, but your the type of customer where I close my sample book and go.

i have put up a few roller blinds from ikea, the size we used for the conservatory was 80cm - we put up 5 in all - one cut down a little
I have also put up the same sort of roller blind in two bedrooms (Dunelm i think, may have been ikea) , and cut down to to fit - Been up a couple of years now - BUT the bedrooms are blackout and very rarely used - as are the conservatory rarely used
The only one we use every day is the kitchen blind, which was from dunelm

this one in the conservatory - 5 off them

Also put up some dunelm blinds in the Kitchen again just roller, which we cut down to fit, 2 years ago and used most days , in the afternoon as soon shines straight in that window set
