Hi All

For the experts in the forum I have just had my roof work completed and upon inspection in the loft space have noted the attached possible concerns

Can you let me know your opinion please and if a call-out should be required?

Personnel flaw was I was away when the roof was getting done

Thanks in advance

Yeah. Pretty much beyond me as why to leave it like if thinking it was never going to get brought up.

Would think if the roof is stripped back anyway why to not cut the board to size along with the membrane.

In rectifying it would all slate in that area need to be removed and fresh board laid?

Cheers

Looks like they have left out a patch of osb to access the extractor and cobbled it together...

Also if that flexi pipe is connected to a bathroom extractor fan it will probably end up with a build up of water in it. Also can't see a condensation trap on it either.
