What else could a person be but English when born in England, speaking (only) English, UK passport etc. etc.?

If anyone thinks Lammy is not English then perhaps no one in the US is American (not including the definition applying to the rest of the two continents).

Looking at the recent report we may very well lead the world in diversity and inclusiveness, we should be very proud, no where seems better. And it is hardly a whitewashed biased report considering the chairman.

How is it that every negative (apparent) experience that happens to a black person is because of racism?
What excuse do white people have for a negative experience or are we not allowed an opinion due to white privilege?

Other black people are available; ones who are genuinely patriotic. David Kurten is one, he is running for London mayor. I'm also (cautiously) impressed by someone called Saira Khan who is of Pakistani parentage but is not afraid to speak against muslim culture.
