Which hinges?

Apologies if this is an embarrassingly rookie question. I'm making a unit to go in my van. I want to hinge the lid but because the whole thing will be up against a side wall I want the lid to slide forward slightly as it is lifted. What hinges should I look for?

See drawings (Presumably I'd fail the interview to draw for Ikea).

'Stormproof' hinges - but you will need a rail on the lid and possibly a packer behind the hinge.

I tested on some scrap first and fitted to the door

not really understanding this fully

a piano hinge along the top surface will mean it slips forward and arcs up as it goes
dependant on how tight it is you may need a chamfer along the bottom edge ??
