Hi I have old drains at back not covered so I put the normal black covers over them but I want to raise both them as I am laying a path, I tried wood frame but its rubbish should I use bricks or is there a better way to raise them so self binding gravel does not fall in...also what cover is best?
Thanks

Use Engineering Bricks, they're designed for this type of application. Commons or facing bricks will be susceptible to frost damage in that environment.
