There’s no safe way of complying with an officer if they don’t follow guidelines or respect the law. Same could be said about any murderer. If I remember correctly, wasn’t a white girl murdered by a police officer over here just recently? Doesn’t mean that all U.K. Police officers are murderers though, does it? In that case, all we as citizens can do is to hope that the law takes its course and offenders are dealt with effectively.

They point a gun and then bark out conflicting commands, giving them ample oppotunity to shoot you.

The US police need to lose qualified immunity and be retrained.

You've clipped the part of my comment to take it out of context.
When it is contextualised it makes perfect sense, as is evident from multiple instances of Black people being killed by Police in USA, either at the scene or later in custody, AND the police officers not being investigated or charged.
