I wish to connect to my panel using Wintex software which I have been using on a spare similar panel but I can't get past the UDL pasword. The panel was installed by a previous home owner/security company and no details were left. Is there any way that I can reset the UDL password?

The installation manual covers the defaulting process but the NVM could be locked, unfortunately the Premier 412,816 and 832 i have little to do with and maybe the Texecom forum may be a better option for you.

Please note the international range isn't sold in the UK and hasn't been for some time.
