Hi all,

I am having a problem with my alarm. I downloaded the app on a new phone and needed the app code which i have no problem finding as i have done this previously. Now though, when i press yes on 'enable texecom connect app?' i am met with 'incorrect config call terminated'

No settings have been changed since setting it up, any idea what the problem could be?

Incorrect config suggests something has changed if you have successfully done this before.

Check settings, check smart com leds.
