Hi there - our conservatory is around 15 years old, we have lived in the house for 4. Just noticed that there are some small cracks in two places inside the conservatory, where three pieces meet in the roof. Don’t think I have noticed these before. What might be causing this? And is it something that can be fixed with some sort of sealant etc? Thanks

Purely cosmetic, the 2 smaller jack rafters just butt up to the centre hip rafter, the white pvc is milled at the factory during production to have as tighter gaps as poss but most times aren't, in this case the installers probably just used white silicone and with expansion and contraction it's just split, all I can suggest is pull it out, clean and reapply new

Thanks very much, that’s good news - very reassuring!
