How to finish this window?

Hi guys, I'm about to paint a shepards hut that I've got and wondered if I should be finishing these windows off?

Is there anything that I could buy off the shelf that would arch around the half moon window?

Should I just trim back the silicone and paint it in?

What would you do? I have not access to joiners atm so creating something is not an option

Remove the silicone, prepare the lot for painting, then replace the silicone with paintable one and once dry go on with the paint.

Would I actually dig the old out, cut a V channel? Any particular silicone you would recommend? Try and do a neater job, smooth it out and no need for any trim?

Sorry for the Q's just a little unsure on this and want to get it right and looking good.

I use soudal fixall which is strong and paintable.
If you're not confident with silicone, mask the edges and then apply the silicone in the gap.
Smooth it with a wet spatula for a very flat finish, then remove the masking tape an pass the spatula one last time.
Let it dry and then paint.
