The total percentage of the population of the who voted SNP last week. How many of those who voted SNP but don’t want independence? So in that basis, possibly 1% of uk voters want independence for Scotland.
Puts it in perspective really.

Not sure that's how Professor Statistic wanted his branch of mathematics to be interpreted. Using your methodology, I calculate that (plucking a figure based on nothing here) 85% of all votes cast in UK were pro Scottish independence.

Was it the drummer?

How many of them voted for the version of Brexit that Johnson gave us, with Tariffs against the EU and a border against NI?

How is it wrong??

Seriously? Firstly, NO-ONE last week was asked to vote for Joxit. There was an ASSUMPTION that SNP's position on indyref2 MIGHT mean that people who voted for them want independence.

Secondly, you have assumed that everyone in England and Wales voted against Scottish independence. You cannot possibly substantiate that.

So, your 1% estimate is not an estimate, it's a wild guess.

No....... it’s based on ACTUAL votes cast. Not pretend votes, actual. At best the scotweiler has a mandate of 2% .

It is a complete wild assumption to be fair. But I am bored & it’s all I could come up with.

Sturgeon has been pushing for second referendum like crazy. You vote for her you also vote for Scottish independence.

Maybe the English ought to have a referendum too.

How long have SNP been the controlling party in Scotland?

That's about the same as comparing how many people in EU voted, or had an option to vote for Brexit.
It's utter nonsense. Even many UK ex-pats, and BOTs didn't have the option to vote.

Wrong!
This is nearer the truth.
You vote for her you also vote for Scottish independence referendum.
But SNP is not a single policy party. It's not like UKIP.
