I’m going to tarmac my currently old worn blocked paved driveway and I’m wondering is it best to add a concrete flat top curb (pictured) then a block paver edge curb or will just the block paving cemented in suffice? Thanks!

I would use the block paving you have cemented into place along the border. Saves cost and you can choose whether to do a single row or some kind of patterned edge.

It 20 years old, worn and needs replacing.

I’m guessing the best thing to do is double up on the edgings, belt and braces and all that
