‘WI-FI SETUP?’ via master user code, if that is not available then you would need to speak to the installer.

it was available last year cause I done it myself now the option is not there do you think the installer has removed it remotely or something ?

Power cycle the panel completely and check again.

I don't do many of these but my understanding is if the option isn't there and was previously, its possible the unit isn't seeing the module, a power cycle should bring it back. (Last did this in March had to check my notes)

Are you using master code to enter user programming menu ?
A standard user code will let you into customer programming with less functions and does not allow Wi-Fi setup.

Have tried both normal code and engineer code I remember changing it last year all worked fine now the installer is saying oh it has to be done on his laptop and the Option is not in any of the menus now

power cycle means no mains no battery, battery back on then mains back on.

you may want to check the time and date after rebooting up.

The time and date is picked up from the WiFi card …a good test to see if it’s talking as the time will be correct
