Summerhouse/shed

Hey guys I have a summerhouse/luxury shed that's got a few issues.
Starting at the roof the felt was never pulled under and the wood covering that was rotten and I pulled that off a year ago. Got some flash band to put under felt and under roof.
Doors needs new hinges, windows and doors need the rotten wood taken out and new put in in various places, floor needs replacing as it's looking rotten near outside but prob could get away with it or cutting away bad bits and adding new?

Then you have the t and g that's rotten on on first board up. Then the biggest problem they did lay down a patio for it, but they put the base directly on to that. No air gaps what so ever.

I have a couple of pictures.

The base is soft but not rotten and I certainly can't put my fingers through it.

My idea for base was to try some how cut the base away from the shed, move shed on to the decking next to it,make a new base to sit in bricks to sit on the patio it currently sits on.

It's currently used for storage of various items.

The base shown might be sacrificial as the shed bearers normally sit on the concrete/slabs. You might be able to roll off the shed and replace the base. Or lever it up when empty and slip some thin slates under the base itself.

Inside, the floorboards can be removed where they sit on the bearers. The bearers are narrow, you may be able to double them up from underneath to support the old and and new. A multi tool is useful to split the tongue and cross cut the board. The cut line can be sealed.

The rotten door and window hinges are more challenging as the repair will presumably be visible even when painted. A wood repair system like timbabuild might help.

All in all a bodge which will extend its life for a few years, so time to save for the replacement building.
