Sewer invert level and foundations

Got a manhole about 1.5m deep. Is it acceptable for just the foundations near the pipe to be deeper than the invert level and then have them stepped up accordingly? Seems overkill to have the whole foundation so deep just for the sewer

You can potentially step up about 1m away.
