AEG Oven

I have an AEG Competence B4101-4A electric oven PCN 944 185 052. The oven works from cold for 25 mins then cuts out and the internal and temp lights turn off. Only the power light to the clock stays on. After about 30 mins or longer the oven + lights switch on again. It works for awhile then switches off. I have replaced the thermostat but still the problem continues.

Any suggestions gratefully received.

Cooling fan control thermostat faulty. Is that what you changed?

Am wondering if one of you wizards can solve my oven issue.

I have an AEG competence (B2100-1-M PNC 944 181 731)

Oven cooling fan used to stay on for an hour after oven cooled down. Now oven cooling fan does not work at all now. Oven heats up and main fan works, but oven cuts out after 20 mins. Once cools down I can turn it back on and it heats up.

I’ve measured continuity across cooling fan motor (157.2 ohms) and cut out shows continuity.

Would it be the cooling fan itself or a faulty fan motor thermal cut out (part no 3872079029)? . Or possibly the main thermostat?

Any help greatly appreciated.

Does the fan spin freely, if not possibly jammed up with grease. If OK is it getting a voltage to it ( check using a multi meter not a neon screwdriver )

Leigh 111, 3872079029 is indeed the part you need, it brings on the cooling fan, when they fail oven overheats and shuts down.It's description thermal cut out should say, cooling fan initiation.
