Can I use 110mm Polypipe Pipe with the push-fit fittings supplied by Floplast say the 90-degree bends etc?

Can I solvent weld a Polypipe Pipe into the back inlet of a Floplast gully?

What's the best way to solvent weld a pipe into a back inlet gully? I don't want to mess this up so any tips would be great.

AFAIK all plastic 110mm pushfit soil/drainpipes have the same standardised OD: you can mix and match fittings.

All 110mm pipe and fittings are interchangeable across the manufacturers.

Solvent welding is easy enough, assemble dry to begin with and ensure you've got the pipework how you need it to be, mark with a pencil across the join to allow positioning when gluing. Make sure both mating faces are clean, apply liberal doe of glue to both surfaces, fit together, aligning pencil marks. The joint will fuse in seconds, so time is of the essence here, once it's 'gone' there is no going back to make any adjustments!
