Anyone with knowledge of hydraulic/pneumatic hoses?

Pirtek are dog shlt .

Use local hydraulic firms they are usually highly knowledgeable.

Try these guys:

Everything you require is on there, you won't get particularly flexible hose, but the plastic semi rigid pipe is about as flexible as you'll get in a pneumatic fitting.

Optionally you could just get standard rubber hydraulic hose, and hope they don't leak too much air for your required task (in theory they probably be wouldn't leak at all)

Thanks very much. Having looked at the above, polyamide tubing is probably flexible enough, and probably cheaper. So more options to throw in the mix. I didn't realise that type of tubing was good for 80 bar. (y)

Pirtek catalogue a mine of information as well mind you. :)

I think you'll have to use cutting rings in the tube for the high pressure, but give the guys a call sure they'll tell you what you need.

The quick disconnect of the push fittings is really good also.

I assume cutting rings are barbed rings that grip the tube when it tries to pull out of the fitting?

Get it wrong and the consequences of even a small leak can be disastrous. I met an engineer who had lost the tips of two fingers, amputated by a jet of high pressure air
