I spoke to some guys on one site, they turned down their stereo for the afternoon. Next day full blast. The thing to do, 'is have words with them' - I do! It works..
Tell you something, lady up the road died in Spring, older woman was disturbed by all the noise, a building site was erected in front of her for some renovation project, noise all day. Had been going on for a couple of months then she died of stroke.
I am sure all that noise, the gratuitious noise and disturbance without a care in the world ... I am sure it has no consequences.
Today I can hear the noise from 3 different sites around me. One group don't know if they are cutting something but it's fing loud you can hear it for at least 3 blocks (just been round the corner)... just standing there in the parking lot cutting as if in the middle of a foundry or something. Not a care in the world.
Something else I notice these days is builder set up a workshop on the pathway and just cut whatever like they are in some industrial workshop, except its on the pavement in front of 10 famiy houses and can be heard in another 50.
No limits anymore. Well, I suppose it's good for the economy.
Anyway regarding scaffolding that tool in the video seems to have a compensator spinning in the opposite direction or something perhaps an extension can be made to reduce the noise of that one tool. Who am I kidding.
