I need some conduit attachment preferably metal that will attach to either side of the wall creating a good support fit a cable 2.5mm that feeds the garage.
Any suggestions?

Distance between garage wall and kitchen where cable comes out from is less than 1m. The cable is coming from the top of the wall just above door height.

Bridge the gap with 25mm or 20mm galv conduit- ideally bent in a U so you can fix to to the walls with saddles.
If that turns tricky (you'll need someone with a tube bender and ideally dies so you can bush the ends nicely) then make a timber trunking out of slating batten & bridge the gap with that (timber mounting plate on each wall)

FYI , i'm sure you have thought , but you will those the ability to move anything tall/wide down that alley. I have a gate with a fence and timber running along the top and its been a nuisance on a few occasions when we have to go around the back of the garden to get things in , NOT often , but has happened

Some people just use Unistrut channel with 2 L shaped brackets with the Swa cable laying in the groove

That looks suspiciously like T&E, so conduit is required for protection against direct sunlight. I'd think that rules out the Unistrut option.

The metalstore are doing an offset clamp so I'm thinking of using that as the height of the cable on the left hand side is higher than the right.

I am trying to avoid timber altogether as the previous installation had timber that was almost rotten and I removed the polycarbonate roofing so I want to leave just the trunking and cable with attachments.
