Crack in Garden Wall

Hello All,

This may not be a DIY solution but wondering what are the possible fixes that I should ask tradesman for.

The wall (as in pictures) which seperates mine and neightbour patio had developed a crack. The management has asked to remove and rebuild the wall. I'm thinking of other cost effective and efficient solutions.

Any ideas?

Stainless steel rods.
Doesn't look it's moved much..

It's one brick length thick. Sorry didn't measure with the tape. If you see the picture some of the bricks are laid pointing it sides to each side of the property.

It's a shared wall with neighbour who has sent this picutre. Is this still good to be fixed with steel rods?

No. The cause is the foundation and the crack is just a symptom, so you need to remedy the cause not the symptom.

Oh, right.
Looks worse from this side.
Agree with woody, most likely needs fundations reinforcing.
Then rods to stitch that crack.
