Sink runs away away away BLOCKED away away away. etc etc etc

Ok had new kitchen fitted 5 years ago in the last 3 weeks sink runs away fine then wont it can be full of water plug out not running away then GULP water gone
Ive plunge it put so many unblock products down there and still the same its like 1 out of 5 full of water wont run away then you can be sat in room and out of the blue GULP gone.

Any ideas as driving me nuts

Badly supported waste pipe which has now sagged down and no longer has a continuous fall would be my guess

And made worse by the cleaner lying in sags and heating up (like it does)

Could also be a blocked drain.
