Forget terminal 2 that's 'Heating Off' and not used in the UK.

The jumper between terminals Ls and Lr is removed and then:

Ls = 'Live supply' goes to Hive terminal L with a link to terminal 1 as you have.
Lr = 'Live return' goes to Hive terminal 3 (Heating On)
Ns = 'Neutral Supply' generally goes to Hive terminal N, but Hive can be connected to any Neutral associated with the heating system supply.

Any other existing controls are removed, and if the boiler has integral time control generally that needs to be set to be permanently 'on' to prevent it interfering with the Hive

But be careful, with some boilers you have to open up the room sealed part of the boiler to access the electrical terminals. If this is the case with yours, then it should only be done by a RGI who can make the necessary checks to make sure it is properly sealed up again afterwards.

Are you sure that wiring diagram is for your boiler ? the Worcester 2000 is low voltage switching only and if you wire it like that you will damage the boiler

It appears to be 230v as well? Although, wiring diagram might be wrong?

Thank you stem, your advice absolutely correct! I had gas engineer to certify my boiler today and he done my Hive at the same time.
He wired hive same as your suggestion.

Thank you all for your input.
