Hi all

Installing a new rad. I can connect it to the water supply no probs. But where are the bleed/air valves? Do I need to buy separately??

Picture attached. Valves are like this on the left and right sides of the rad

Thanks!

Ignore me - I've got it. Need to buy a bleed valve and blanking plug separately.

Are you sure, have you checked underneath the rad, i.e, in the bottom part stuck inbetween the fins? The plastic packet of bits sometimes get caught in them.

They are cheap on fleabay. I bought a bagfull to upgrade old rads where the pins were worn or the plugs leaky.
Useful to have e.g. when painting.

Your rad has been fitted with cheap factory plugs to save a few pence.
