Hi
My heating is not working but my hot water is, so I've just been on the phone to my plumber who has said it is most likely the motorised valve. He installed the system himself a couple of years ago, so he ought to remember, but he just told me that I ought to have two 2 way valves or 1 three way one. I just looked myself, and there appears to be only one 2 way one. Can this be right?
The boiler is a Worcester Bosch Greenstar 24i and is used to heat the cylinder and the radiators. My understanding was that to enable both to be heated at the same time then it would need either 2 two ways or 1 three way. But like I said above, unless the 2nd two way is hidden somewhere else in the house, I only seem to have 1 two way.
Should I be challenging my plumber and asking him why it doesn't seem to conform to either of the standard set ups?
Thanks,
Ackoman
