Part arm issue. Texecom premier

Hello,

Quick question for my texecom premier elite. I'm sure people will know the answer straight away. After getting the batteries replaced my part arm doesn't seem to be working as it did before. The back door works fine, when part arm is on and the back door is opened the alarms sounds. However the front door just beeps with part a flashing on the display. Is there a setting which I need to turn on? Thanks so much in advance.

Side question- is there a strobe light on and off too? Thanks

replacing the batteries does not affect the programming.

what does it say in the event log.
How did it work before.

it sounds like your front door is set as e/e and does not have the guard attribute on for part set.

what version of firmware do you have press menu 4

Before I would just set part arm and if I accidentally forgot to turn it off it would sound alarm straight away (like the rear door). Do you know where I can find the setting to change front door from e/e. Much appreciated.

zone setup attributes 1, but that cant have changed from just changing a battery.

Once again thanks for the reply. I thought that changing the batteries wouldn't do anything but that's the only thing that has changed since the issue.

Area in entry A is what's comes up after I open the front door when part armed.
