Bi-fold doors

I’ve redone my bathroom and it is good. All tiled and it looks good. My plan was to have the door opening outwards, but we have found that this is dangerous as it opens across the hallway. Opening inwards will not work because of where the shower tray is positioned.

I think a nice wooden bi-fold door opening outwards would be the solution but is it possible to get such an item? The door is 690 by 2130.

Any ideas where I can get a pair of doors to make up that size. I’ve seen tracks on Ironmongery Direct that should be suitable but I m open to any ideas.

It is an old Edwardian house, built in 1905 so I want the new doors to look right.

Are you convinced it's dangerous? I've been in new-builds that have the bathroom doors opening across a hallway and it's manageable to live with!
You just open the door gingerly on exit!

Yes, it is at an odd angle and we did find it difficult. I have cut the door and hung it opening inwards and that does not give a decent width of entrance.

I'm sorry about that.
After some extensive googling, I'm afraid I can't find anything ready made (or even custom made!) - your door size is already somewhat taller than standard.
Please feel free to ignore, but I would consider making a pine ledged door myself, something like:

or find a local joiner that could help?
You would also need a bifold track kit, something like:

Alternatively you could consider a barn-style sliding door, if you had space - but this isn't best suited to a bathroom.

I have a similar ' space ' problem in one of our rooms, I decided to make myself a set of double doors. Due to the width of each door and the thickness of the house walls it meant that each door only opened marginally wider into the room than the thickness of the wall seems to work very well

Lots of houses have doors opening in the hallway.
However, my advice if you wanna go for bifold is to buy a standard one and replace the door lining so to make it fit.
You might have to replace tiles around the door or might get away with architrave.

What about building a pocket door so it slides inside the wall?
