Heating with electricity is an expensive game. Plus the need for a beefy cable from consumer unit to summer house for any form of instant electric heater.
If you really want a shower out there, cylinder and immersion heater will be the better option for hot water, convector heater for space heating and insulate the hell out of the rooms

Attempting to heat water instantly with electricity is futile.
Quooker seem to have built a business on that concept, albeit on a very small scale!
A Quooker is basically a vacuum flask of near-boiling water that's kept hot - it doesn't heat the water instantly.
If you use all of the stored boiling water, you will have to wait until it has heated more.

How about an electric convector heater for space heating and a instantaneous under sink water heater to supply the sink and shower? lower cost installation and will save space too.
You're looking at 10kw for an acceptable shower (won't be good but it'll be OK), so 40A. If you've already got an electric shower in the house you'll be getting near capacity, if you haven't then yes it'll work but beefy cable up the garden again.
