Still waiting on a reply from the BC architect tech but is abroad for bereavement reasons unfortunately so a bit stuck to check things

Add perimeter insulation to that screed, not just explanation edging either.

Also carry the cavity insulation down at least 200mm below the bottom of the floor insulation.

For detail see any ACD for these areas.

Have you worked out the airflow?
Those airbricks are roughly 1500mm2 each. Says you need 500mm2/m2 in your spec.

I agree with above about the insulation. Mine didn't come down below DPC! I did put a 25mm PIR upstand internally.

No UFH? If you want a liquid screed you could go to 55mm screed and bump up the floor insulation a bit...

This is block and beam spec attached for our project. Any suggestions or would anyone do anything differently.

The extension is 5.8x6m. 1500mm2 opening per metre run of perimeter needs a lot more air bricks than what's done so far! Isn't that 6 across the width or 3 double and the same on each side?

You can get airbricks with much higher rates that are the same size. The plastic ones are about 6500mm2 according to the screwfix website...

How would you channel the airflow through the air bricks from existing house into the extension void in order to leave via the 6m extension outlet? The current opening will be sealed via the block and beam suspended floor See pic

Depends how big the void is between floorboards and ground level in your house? I would probably core cut through.
If not just knock the airbrick down further in the outer skin. The air will find a way...
