I completely agree, the drain holes in the door threshold appear to be covered so water can not escape to the outside. From the pics it looks like it has been installed incorrectly & the step should have been extended into the opening before fixing the threshold on top of it & then the doors on top of that. It would need the doors removing & shortening with the threshold fitted properly.
Odd window leak - can anyone advise?
