Ok as per Taylor, didn’t you select central heating in the settings and not underfloor heating? Is the Randall definitely set to on? What about the boiler?

The randall/boiler is definitely on,
I dont see a setting for central heating on the thermostat, when i see status of floor sensor it says Error.

You’re welcome and glad you’re sorted. You might just need to double check your wiring, make sure they’re in all the way (y)

Glad it’s working. on the menu, usually, the choices are floor, room or both.
Mske sure you don’t select any floor options or the stat will be looking for a floor sensor that you don’t have.

PS. Please cut back the copper on the blue wire!
