Audi A5 Coupe 2015 2.0 Diesel

Hello Everyone

Quick update, the car went to Audi. They ran multiple tests and adaptations yet still cannot fathom out why AdBlue light stays on!!!! They keep asking for more money for further diagnostics, is this fair or are they trying it on???

Hi All

Th car has been with Audi for a few weeks and Audi cannot identify the problem even after replacing the Adblue Injector and doing so called adaptations!

Their stance now is to replace the ECU at a cost of £1600 + VAT + Labour as they say it may have been remapped and they cannot flash it back to its original values!

Can an ECU not be flashed back to original values? Audi have stated each A5 ECU settings are different for every A5.

Car was bought from a dealer who states they have had no idea it was mapped or not and car is out of warranty!

Can anyone suggest a reputable ECU specialist who maybe able to help turn of this ridiculous AdBlue light?

Try a Bosch dealer. They are normally very good at diagnostics. Search for your nearest one here and give them a call.

The car is being pulled from Audi as they cannot even guarantee new ECU install and update will turn amble light off!!!

Bodgebuild the ECU specialist is in Doncaster but car now only has 65 Count down miles left in it so will look at alternatives. Thank you all so much.

If you click on "Dealer locations" they do have a bunch of other dealers that might be closer...
