My bungalow, up in the loft, Cables and junction boxes are all over the place and go over the top of the insulation .Is this normal practise or should the cables be pined to the timbers, and junction boxes screw fixed to timbers?
You could quote something like "cables not adequately supported" or "not adequately protected from damage" but no specific reg. Just not good practice!
