I have a 105e combi fitted around 2yrs, everything has been fine and also had regular servicing. I must also say that i am rgi and have fixed many problems boilers over the years but my main area is aga/rayburn appliances.

The system was also mains flushed before 105e was fitted.

I have already checked that the diapham and hw thermister is ok, but changed them anyway, the microswitch is making and the gas pressures are ok.

My question is to you guys :-
do you think that the divertor valve could be the problem, as the buner pressure stays on max gas rate but water gets no hotter so the heat must be going somwhere. (ie ch flow pipe)

thanks steve.

Grope the HW flow pipe which th hw is on - it'll be getting hot if the DV is letting by. Unless the dhwhe is horrendously blocked due to extraordinary scale which can mean more pressure on the diverting...

As you say, gotta be going somewhere. This isn't a "105 Instant", is it??

Ah good, an Aga man...
Junkers gas valve (Obsolete, not leaking yet so not spending the £300!) The ignition piezo / lead and electrode need replacing. Are these available? The piezo goes though a hole in a cover over the gas valve, standard type I suppose, but not sure if the electrode is a special shape. Any ideas?

thanks for the quick reply chris yeh your right junkers no longer spares item the conversion valve is a S.I.T that they use on the new cookers. The electrodes are a spade end mk2 and are still avialable also the junkers piezo was a silly price they retail about 25.00 but are no longer a spares item but i do have them from yrs back(if needed) but most tend to just light with a taper, the hi tension lead is also avialable.

deff is 1o5e combi not instant

Got a part number for the electrode??

You can strip and refurb the DV - looks like this .

You'll know where to get a service kit - if not email me.
