No weep holes in upvc frame?

You'll note that one of the two outer weep holes has been made when the fabricator sneezed I think.

So yes, option three!
I would expect to find a couple of small drain holes/slots within that front channel, beneath the opening casement.

Though given what I can see so far, I may not insist on those installers making any more holes!

That weep hole on the outside is a bit of a mess. They should also have covers on them, such as:

Thanks Grinch. I have looked at the old frame that was replaced and indeed it does have holes where I would expect to see them. What's the point of weep holes on the exterior if the moisture cannot get there?
As the frame has been fitted and rendered in, the only option is to add them myself. I cant make a worse job than the fabricator already has.
I would not recommend this supplier whatsoever.
