If I have set up an new user id, why would it be necessary?
If I'm a previous poster, why would I not keep an original user id?

The French didn't exactly support the Argentine Junta and gave the British government details of the SuperEntard jets and Exocet missiles to help combat their effectiveness.
Only you can answer that question.
I could speculate that its because you suffer from some kind of multiple personality syndrome, or that you are trying to shed some kind of reputation that you've created with the forum moderators, but in reality i have no idea.
But even your attempted redirect follows your posting style.

Yet you're fully prepared to support an allegation?
It's a good job you lot aren't coppers. You'd all decide who was the culprit, but you'd be unable to conceive of a motive.
A few ideas:
1. Lots of users end up blocking you so you remain on your own arguing with yourself.
2. Your alter ego have a slip up and prove to be racist bigots, homophobic, nazist and/or whatever you chant against.
3. The mods have enough of you crying at every opportunity to get people barred, posts removed and/or threads locked.
4. One of the characters goes too far into the madness hole and needs to be eliminated. Remember that nutcase who had a dream that I was talking about him in a private forum where I have no access? Then he bothered the mods because he wanted to sue me having dreamed of a fictional defamation of character? Well, he had gone too far with his attack of paranoid schizophrenia and he had to go...
5. Simple identity disorder. Some here even suggested you were behind teaboyjim & others, and I can see why.
6. Linking to point 4, possible case of memory loss, password forgotten, etc. (I doubt this, but it might be possible)
7. A racist bigot, nazist, homophobic and xenophobic character pretending to be a snowflake and a karen to recruit his kind. Gone when things get out of the closet.
8. Add more if you wish.
